We were honored last night by the visit of Mr. David Smith, member of the Parliament of Ontario - Scarborough center.
We were pleased with his participation in our celebration of the Family Day which was dedicated to the celebration of Black History Month.
We thank him for accepting our invitation, and for his kind, meaningful words, and his promise to support our community, and also for his interaction with our celebration, our kids, families, and sharing our Sudanese food and drinks, and for the certificate that he granted to our community.
Once again, we thank him, wish him all the best, and we hope that communication and mutual collaboration will continue between us.

تشرفنا ليلة أمس بزيارة السيد/ ديفيد سميث عضو برلمان محافظة أونتاريو – دائرة سكاربرو وسط، وسعدنا بمشاركته لنا احتفالنا بيوم الأسرة المخصص للاحتفال بشهر تاريخ السود، له منا كل الشكر والعرفان على تلبيته دعوتنا له، وعلى كلماته الطيبة ووعده بالوقوف مع جاليتنا ودعمها، ومشاركته لنا في احتفالنا وتفاعله مع فقراته ومع أطفالنا، واسرنا ومشاركتنا طعامنا ومشروباتنا السودانية، وعلى شهادته التقديرية التي منحها لجاليتنا.
مرة أخرى له منا كل الشكر ونتمنى له التوفيق وأن يستمر التواصل بيننا والتعاون المشترك.
وكل الشكر والامتنان لكل من حضر احتفالنا ليلة أمس ولكل من ساهم في إنجاحه.
